My mission is to help you ditch the overwhelm in your business by stepping in to take the day to day operations off your plate so you can get back to doing the things you LOVE (like taking long walks and dreaming up the next big thing)
It’s no secret that Pinterest is an important platform to be using for your business. It’s a powerhouse of a platform that is unlike any other. Which is why I’m sharing a really important Pinterest tip that you can easily implement into your business.
Pinterest, while sometimes viewed as a social media platform, is in fact a great discovery and search engine. What makes Pinterest so unique and powerful is that it’s a VISUAL search engine. We know that we are visual people and Pinterest has leveraged that to their advantage.
I work with many entrepreneurs by managing their accounts, growing their audience, and ultimately sending more traffic to their website, products, blogs, and services (this all leads to more sales)
Trust me, I get it… Pinterest can be an overwhelming tool to even try to tackle. That’s why you NEED someone who invests time, energy, and resources into learning the in’s and outs of Pinterest (that’s me!)
But I also understand that when you’re just starting out, that may not be in the cards for you at this point. SO…
I want to share with you my NUMBER ONE Pinterest tip to help you start to grow your audience.
Gone are the days of creating a pin for a blog post/product/service and then re-sharing that pin to all the boards and re-pinning it on a SmartLoop or manually re-pinning the same images over and over. That strategy is no longer effective and will actually DING your account.
Create multiple graphics per piece of content that can be pushed out to relevant boards. Pinterest values FRESH content therefore they want you to focus on being a great content creator. This will help your pins score higher which = more impressions, engagement and click throughs.
Let’s say I take this blog post : My Number 1 Pinterest Tip, and I want to create many graphics for it.
I’m going to make sure I switch up the title to a few different options using the best keywords for the topic.
I will use the templates that I’ve already created for my brand and switch out images, overlays, text, and colors.
I will create multiple images with the same title, multiple images with the new titles. (all making sure that the titles are keyword optimized)
That’s it! The NUMBER ONE place to start with creating content for your Pinterest account.
